Pricing Guide

Your home is as unique as you are, therefore your cleaning should be, too. For this reason we recommend calling or messaging for a free and much more accurate quote for the services you are interested in. However, you may be hoping to quickly find a general idea of what a cleaning service costs without a whole lot of human interaction--and that's okay! Listed below are examples of prices for a typical three-bedroom, two-bathroom home that runs around 2,000sqft.

Professional Cleaning

As our basic cleaning package, this option includes services such as dusting, sanitizing high touch points, disinfecting kitchen and bathrooms, vacuuming and mopping floors. This is offered as a one-time service or more frequently as a reoccurring cleaning package and is our most popular option!

• Weekly Rate: $120

• Biweekly Rate: $200

• Monthly Rate: $240

• Quarterly Rate: $260

Deep Cleaning

This option offers all of the perks of the Professional Cleaning Package plus services such as ceiling fan and light fixture detailing, doors, door frames, window frames, cabinet and baseboard detailing. While this service is typically a one-time cleaning package, we do offer it as a quarterly cleaning option as well as a single space reoccurring or add-on option as well!

• One-time, whole home rate: $370

• Quarterly whole home rate: $325

• Single space add-on rate: $30

Move In/Out Cleaning

A cheaper version of the Deep Cleaning Package! In order for a service to qualify as a "Move In/Out Cleaning", the premises must be rid of personal belongings (i.e., no furniture in rooms and no items inside of cabinets). Since they will be empty, this cleaning includes wiping down the interior cabinetry of the home as well as the exterior. This service is by nature typically a one-time cleaning however, in the event that you may be moving from one side of town to the other (or anywhere within reach of our services) and would like to schedule both a move in and move out cleaning you will receive a 25% discount on both cleanings!

Lemongrass Luxury Cleaning LLC takes pride in providing custom cleaning services to our clients. Below are some general prices for our most commonly requested specialized add-on tasks. We are quite open minded to our client's cleaning requests, so if you are looking for a service that is not listed, we encourage you to reach out and discuss it with us!

• Carpet Shampooing: $40 per room

• Upholstery Shampooing: $15 per piece of furniture (i.e., a couch)

• Window Blinds Detailing*: $20 per room

  • due to their fragile nature, we do not detail mini blinds!

• Oven Cleaning: $50

• Refrigerator Cleaning: $20

• Baseboard Detailing: $50 for your whole home

• Interior Window Washing: $10 per room

Rental Property Cleaning

This package includes everything from our Professional Cleaning Package only it is designed to be tailored to your rental needs. For example, if you need a fast turn over because you are expecting more guests in your rental within the same day and/or if you would like bed sheets and towels set up for new guests, this can be pre-arranged without fear of last-minute price increases! This option is typically a reoccurring cleaning package that is catered to your rental needs and time frames and is therefore more subject to pricing differences than our other packages.
